The business starts on its own
Signing up takes about two minutes. A step-by-step guide then takes you to your first invoice, and picks up where you left off if you need to come back later.
Since 2020 we have been building the software businesses in Albania use to issue fiscalised invoices from the browser, from their phone or from their own system. Nothing to install, no technician at their side and no one to wait for.
Before building it, we tried the fiscalisation software on the market. All of it needed installation or training. None of it let you do it yourself.
Installation on a server, screens that made no sense, training, and days of waiting before the first invoice came out. We decided to build it differently: nothing to install, and simple enough that the business does not depend on support.
When fiscalisation became mandatory, the tax authority's service was unstable and businesses did not know where to go, what they needed, or whether they needed a physical till. We focused on the businesses that could do it themselves by following the guides: sign up, fill in the details, choose a plan, pay, issue the invoice.
In the first months, 100 invoices a month went through fature.al. Today 600,000 do. The question has changed too: it is no longer how an invoice gets fiscalised, but how to connect the sale from the counter, the online shop, the delivery apps and the business's own system. That is what we are working on now.
Four principles that have not changed since the beginning. You can check each of them yourself, on your first day.

Business details, the business unit and operator codes and the VAT status are read from the tax authority. You only confirm them.
The invoice either reached the tax authority or it did not. The status shows in the list straight away, without opening anything or reading codes.
Our API is public and documented. The software that already knows what you sold issues the invoice itself, without being replaced.
The invoice is still the heart of the software. Around it we have built everything a business needs to keep its sales, stock and money in one place.
Cash, non-cash and electronic invoices, with a touchscreen till, barcode scanner and thermal printer.
A warehouse that links sales to purchases, purchase invoices, and the annual financial statements at year end.
Wolt and Shopify connected out of the box, and a public API for any other system, with a sandbox where invoices carry no fiscal value.
The Android and iOS app, with the same account and the same invoices.
Ask your assistant about sales, VAT and clients in plain language. Read only.
The software works in Albanian, English, Italian and German, for owners and staff who do not speak Albanian.
Fiscalisation software carries a legal obligation of the business. So everything you can check without asking us, we publish.
See at any moment whether the tax authority's fiscalisation service is up, without having to call us.
Every change in the law, the platform or the tax authority's schemas, explained and linked to the official source.
The software is built so that you do not need help at every step. When you do, we are on the phone and WhatsApp, every day and every hour.
7 days free, no credit card. Or, if you bring other businesses with you, become a reseller.
