The Fature.al website is owned and provided by Fature.al from its offices in Tirana, Albania. Please feel free to browse our website. Its use is subject to the following terms and to all applicable laws.

The website contains information and materials, including but not limited to text, photographs and graphics, which have been drawn in whole or in part from the information and materials of Fature.al, as well as from other sources. They are protected by Law No. 9380, dated 28.04.2005 "On Copyright and Other Related Rights".
The materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, including text, images, audio and video, as well as any software (including screens or images embedded in or generated by software), except that you may download one copy of the materials onto any computer solely for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep the copyright notice intact.

Fature.al reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise these conditions at any time and to correct any error or omission in any part of the website. The materials may be changed by us, modified, added or removed, and updated without notice at any time.
7. Agreement between the parties
These conditions constitute the agreement between Fature.al and you regarding the use of our website.
8. Processing of personal data
For businesses that open an account, the Data Processing Agreement is an integral part of these terms. It sets out how we process the data you enter into Fature.al, where it is stored and which sub-processors have access to it.
