A fiscal invoice is a legal document that reaches the tax authority and cannot be quietly taken back. That is why the AI connection is read-only, on purpose.
The assistant has no way to issue an invoice, change a figure or cancel anything. Even if it is asked to, the ability simply is not there.
The connection carries the rights of the person who approved it. If a user cannot see purchases, neither can their assistant.
In your account you can see every question the assistant asked of your business, with the date and the outcome. An administrator also decides which users may connect an AI at all.
